Register for the Mexican Cuisine Cooking Class!
Chef Ricardo Rivera, who has dedicated over 40 years to the culinary arts, teaches you how to make authentic Mexican favorites, such as carne asada, quesadillas, tacos, tortillas, guacamole, and traditional sauces!
Chef Ricardo is originally from Mexico and owned the restaurant La Hacienda in Providence for 14 years.
When: Saturday, May 9 or Saturday, May 16
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Where: Dorcas International – South Campus (645 Elmwood Ave., Providence RI 02907)
Cost: $40 for one class or $70 for two classes
No prior experience necessary!
