Russian cuisine is an important part of Chef Natalia Onufrieva’s heritage. She loves to share her favorite recipes, especially dishes with history, such as the Olivier Salad. Since 1894, this recipe has been transformed many times and turned into a celebratory dish for families who have passed down their own variations through the generations.
