Register for the Colombian Cuisine Cooking Class!
Chef Auro Lucia Mercado Bayona and Chef Carlos Ochoa will teach you easy-to-follow steps to whip up a delicious Colombian dish.
You will learn how to make arepas, flatbread made from cornmeal (a perfect side dish), and empanadas, popular South American stuffed pastries that can either be sweet or savory. Colombian empanadas are often filled with beef, chicken, or cheese with rice and coriander.
