These classes are instructed by passionate, local community members who are well-known for sharing their great talents, traditions, and cultures here in Rhode Island! 

 

Register for the Somali Cuisine Cooking Class! 

Learn how to make a flavorful Ethiopian staple called enjera with a side of anjeera, a nutritious bread that's popular in Somalia and Ethiopia. 

Chef Maryam Gure is from Somalia and has lived in the U.S. for six years. She has generously contributed her cooking talents and a variety of dishes at several Dorcas International events. 

When: Sunday, April 12

Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
